On the 12th day of November, there was thirteen people to receive their diploma from Japan, given by Shihan Camille Ohan, President of FKCO and Official IKO and NAKO representative. The Gala had taken place at AU VIEUX DULUTH, in the company of many Karatekas and their respective family and friends.

 

The theme of this year's Gala, the second one of its kind, was: Commitment towards yourself and the perseverance and investment  towards physical and psychological improvement. This point was stressed at the beginning of the Gala, for both the reunited karatekas who past last year, and this year, on this solemn and glorious occasion.

The evening wrapped up with the handing-over of the belts and certificates.

The special black belt courses have already been established since 23 years within FKCO's program. It constitutes of a way of a professional life which evolves the karateka to consider their commitment, and ultimate truth, which at this level manifests itself  toward the way of the heart.
