On the 27th of October, 2002 at College Laval, many courageous participants demonstrated their confidence by breaking wooden boards and cement.

This special training requires mental force, not muscular strength.

Women of all ages tested their courage and determination.  Their success was the result of their hard work and skill.

Special congratulations go out to two young women, ages 18 and 22, for breaking cement blocks.  They have given the FKCO the honor of being the first group in Canada where women break cement.
