Message from Shihan Camille Ohan

Train in an environment where respect and discipline rule in the traditional art of Kyokushin.  In St-Leonard since 1979,  juniors, teenagers, and adults discovered through my teachings a pedagogy adopted to their needs.

My team, full of enthusiasm and energy, is made up students who have all graduated through the FKCO and who continue to train in order to satisfy the best teaching criteria.

(Consequences will be applied if failing to respect these rules)

1.        Always remain in your row.

2.        Do not play with your belt.

3.        Do not distract others.

4.        Always look and listen to your instructors.

5.        Respect your partner.

6.        Always have a clean kimono with the three mandatory patches.

7.        Do not run.

8.        Always maintain clean and well cut finger and toe nails.

9.        Salut the dojo upon entering and exiting with utmost respect.

10.      Attach properly the the belt of your  Gi (Kimono).
